When will my pre-order items be ready?
Please make sure you have read and reviewed the listing details for the pre-order item(s) you purchased.
Most fundraising pre-orders will NOT ship, but be delivered to the respective fundraising group for them to deliver or make available for pickup.
Estimated pre-order period on most fundraisers is 2-3 weeks.
Orders will be processed at the conclusion of the pre-order period and will be ready 2-3 weeks after fundraiser pre-order period closes. Therefore, each pre-order listing usually has a 4-6 week delivery estimate.
Why has my item not shipped?
Please make sure you have read and reviewed the listing details for the item(s) you purchased. Each listing has delivery and/or shipping information in the details.
